摘　　要：简要回顾了《黑龙江大学自然科学学报》创刊30年的发展历程,介绍了发展过程中的阶段性事件和决策过程,取得的成绩和获得的荣誉,以及出现的问题和解决方法。详细地介绍了最近几年我刊快速发展的原因、采取的措施和取得的成绩,如:以发表基金论文为突破口,提高刊物的质量,大量吸引外稿、开放办刊,努力争取进入国内外著名数据库等。对我刊的定位、将来的发展方向、应采取的措施等提出一些设想。Reviewed is the 30 -year history of Journal of Natural Science of Heilongjiang University, with the significant events and decisions at different stages in its development, its achievements and honors, and its problems and solutions. The focus is on the rapid development of the journal in recent years, the causes, the measures taken and the accomplishments. The measures include publishing funded articles as a breakthrough in raising the status of the journal, soliciting contributions from outside the university, adopting an open policy of management, and endeavoring to get listed in prestigious databases home and abroad. Blue -print ideas are put forward as for the positioning of the journal, future development and relevant measures to take.
