小半夏加茯苓汤预防化疗所致呕吐的临床疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨小半夏加茯苓汤预防化疗所致呕吐的临床疗效。方法将42例患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组(21例)单用甲氧氯普胺止吐;观察组(21例)在对照组的基础上加小半夏加茯苓汤止吐,小半夏加茯苓汤于化疗前1d开始服用,连服6d。观察两组化疗开始后第1～5d出现的恶心、呕吐及食欲情况。结果在化疗后第1～5d,观察组在食欲减退、恶心、呕吐方面的有效率均高于对照组,结果有统计学差异(P<0.05),且不良反应轻微。结论小半夏加茯苓汤治疗化疗所致呕吐有较好疗效,疗效优于单用甲氧氯普胺者,且与甲氧氯普胺有协同作用。Objective To explore the clinical effects of Xiaobanxia-Fuling Decoction in preventing vomiting induced by chemotherapy. Methods 42 patients were randomized into two groups：control group in which 21 cases were treated with metoclopramide, and observation groups 21 eases were treated with Xiaobanxia-Fuling Decoction and metoclopramide.A day before chemotherapy,Xiaobanxia-Fuling Decoction was beginning to be continuously used 6 days.To observenausea, Vomiting and orexla in two groups within 5 days.Results The effective rate of prevention of anorexia,nausea and vomiting in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group between day 1 to day 5 after chemotherapy.It had statistic difference between the two groups （P〈0.05）.And its adverse effects were mild. Conclusions Xianbanxia-Fuling Decoction had a good curative effect on the treatment of the vomiting induced by chemotherapy.This Decoction combined with metoclopramide had a synergistic effect.Their curative effect was better than that of metoclopramide alone.
