夫西地酸乳膏治疗脓疱疮临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的评价夫西地酸治疗脓疱疮临床疗效及安全性。方法将96例脓疱疮患者随机分为2组,试验组夫西地酸乳膏涂患处,每日3次;对照组红霉素软膏涂患处,每日3次,疗程均1周。结果试验组与对照组总有效率分别96.15%、72.73%;痊愈率分别为75.00%、54.55%。经统计学处理,总有效率相比χ2=4.420(P<0.05);痊愈率相比χ2=7.768(P<0.01),两者间均具有显著性差异。结论夫西地酸治疗脓疱疮疗效肯定,且较为安全。Objective To study clinical efficacy and safety of fusidic acid in treatment of crusted tetter. Methods Ninety- six cases were randomly divided into treatment group （52 cases）and control group （44 cases）. Treatment group was given fusidic acid cream topical application, tid. Control group was given erythromycin ointment topical application, tid. The treatment duration were 7 days for both groups. Results The total effective rates of treatment group and control group were 96.15% ,72.73% ,respectively（P 〈0.01 ）. The cure rates of two group were 75.00% ,54.55%, respectively（P 〈 0.05 ）. There were obvious statistical difference among the total effective rates and the cure rates. No obvious side - effects appeared during the entire trial. Conclusions Fusidic acid has high effective and safety in the treatment of crusted tetter.
