摘　　要：目的探讨超声在乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断中的应用价值。方法对70例乳腺肿块患者（72个肿块）行超声检查，分析其二维声像图、血流信号、流速等，并与术后病理做对照，从而探讨超声在乳腺肿瘤诊断中的价值。结果病理结果：30例良性，42例恶性。本研究高频声像图及能量多普勒、频谱多普勒超声对乳腺肿瘤诊断的符合率94．4％。结论超声对乳腺良恶性肿瘤的诊断价值较高。可作为乳腺肿瘤鉴别诊断的首选检查方法之一。Objective To evaluate the values of sonography for differentiating breast tumors. Methods 70 tumors are examined by sonography. We analyse their grey scale, power Doppler images and spectral doppler then make the diagnosis. After operations we get pathologies of all cases then to evaluate the value of sonography in differentiating breast tumors. All cases are confirmed at surgical biopsies. Results Pathology; 30 are benign lesions, 42 are carcinomas; The consistency of sonography for breast tumors are 94. 4%in this study. Conclusions The values of high frequency and power doppler sonography in differentiating breast tumors are higher, it may be the one in the first options.
