生血宁片治疗放疗患者贫血的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的评价生血宁片对放射治疗（放疗）患者贫血的疗效。方法恶性肿瘤患者100例随机分为两组进行同期对照研究，治疗组50例放射治疗同时给予生血宁片口服，对照组50例放射治疗期间未用治疗贫血药物。观察两组病例放射治疗前后血红蛋白量（Hb）、红细胞计数（RBC）和红细胞压积（HCT）的变化。结果50例患者（生血宁片治疗组）放射治疗前、后Hb、RBC、TCT分别为105．5±8．95g／L、3．24±0．30×10^12／L、30．20±2．76％和118．9±11．8g／L、3．56±0．40×10^12／L、34．75±3.65％；对照组放射治疗前后Hb、KBC、HCT分别为106．5±10．10g／L、3．37±0．38×10^12／L、31．00±3．00％和98．00±13.20g／L、3.10±0．58×10^12／L、28．99±4．08％。放射治疗后治疗组Hb浓度较对照组明显增高，P〈0．05。结论生血宁片对恶性肿瘤患者放射治疗后骨髓红系造血抑制治疗有效。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of Sheng Xue Ning tablets for the radiotherapy-induced anemia.Methods： 100 patients of malignant tumor were divided randomly into 2 groups： treatment group and control group （50 cases）.The control group accepted radiotherapy only while the treatment group accepted Sheng Xue Ning tablets in addition.To detect and comparehb, RBC andhCT in both groups before and after radiotherapy.Results： The levels of hb（g/L）, RBC （×10^12/L）, HCT （%） of the treatment group （ 50 cases） were 105. 5±8. 95g / L, 3.24 ±0.30×10^12/L, 30. 20±2. 76% before radiotherapy and 118.9±11.8g / L, 3.56±0.40× 10^12/ L, 34.75±3.65% after radiotherapy. The control group＇ s data were 106.5±10.10g / L, 3.37±0.38 × 10^12 / L, 31.00±3.00%and 98.00± 13.20g / L, 3. 10±0. 58 × 10^12 / L, 28.99±4. 08% respectively. The levels ofhb （g / L） of the treatment group werehigher than the control group. Conclusion： Sheng Xue Ning tabletshave good effect on Anemia occurs by radiotherapy.
