摘　　要：做好体检过程前期、中期以及后期的管理，才能适应健康体检形势发展的要求。体检前的准备工作应有专人统筹安排，认真检查逐一落实。体检中应注意质量管理，关键环节是建章立制、规范管理与职责划分明确。延伸体检的后续服务。重点应抓好体检资料库的建设与应用，以及对体检者的信息反馈和咨询指导服务。Do well the management ofhealth examination in early days and intermediate stage and later stage, so as to accommodate with the requirement of situation development ofhealth examination. The preparation job of early days must be overall planned and must be carried out. In intermediate stage, to pay attention to quality management, the key point link is make institution standard management and responsibility dividatur identify. In order to extend the continue service ofhealth examination, the focal point is to grasp construction and application of data bank ofhealth examination and the information feedback and consulation service to people.
