摘  要:成人教育改革的目的是实现素质教育,培养出能力强、素质高的应用型人才。广东省阳江市卫生学校生理学教研组从课堂讲授、课外学习和考试三个环节入手,对生理学教学进行了综合改革,包括制定教学大纲,在课堂讲授中加强理论联系实际、引入病例讨论、采用自学与课堂讨论相结合的方法,编写《生理学与临床》专题系列补充教材,改革考试方式和内容。问卷调查结果表明,教学改革得到了学生的肯定和支持,学生的理论联系实际能力、理解能力、提出问题和分析解决问题能力,以及自学能力都得到了明显的提高,形成了“知识、能力、素质综合培养”的人才培养模式,有力地促进了高素质应用型人才的培养。The aim of educational reform in adult education is to realize quality education and to foster applied-type talents with high ability and high quality. We approached this teaching reform in physiology course with a series of reforming measures in lecture, extra-curricular study and examination, which included making a teaching program, enhancing integration of theory with practice in lecture,intermitting discussion on case, applying the teaching method of combining self-study with class discussion,writing a series of topic material "Physiology and Clinical Medicine" ,reforming the form and content of examination. The results of questionnaire indicate that all of reforming measures we adopted arc supported by the students and that the student' s ability to integrate theory with practice, to understand, to question, to analyze and solve problems, and to study on one' s own is improved significantly. A talent-fostering model of "combining knowledge, ability and quality" has been established, which forcefully promotes the fostering of appliedtype talents with high quality.
