摘　　要：随着医学科学技术的进步、外科和微创手术的创新，医院开展植入人体医用耗材种类、范围增加，医院如果对需要取出及更换材料，管理不严格就会给医院院感控制带来难度，产品再次流入医院使用带来社会公害，医院怎样进行管理与大家一起探讨。With the development of medical material technology and management in hospitals, the management of medical material uesd in body is endowed with new characteristic and meaning. If the management is not strict, the material would make harm to public. So we discuss the management of medical material in hospitals.
