白桦花粉的生命力

摘　　要：用荧光法研究了白桦（Ｂｅｔｕｌａｐｌａｔｙｐｈｙｌａ）不同无性系、同一无性系接穗的不同砧木及不同年龄间植株的花粉生命力差异，并用培养基法进行了白桦花粉人工萌发试验。通过比较荧光法与人工萌发法测定花粉生命力的效果，提出在实际工作中可用荧光法代替人工萌发来测定白桦花粉的生命力。With fluorochromatic method, the differences of pollen viability in Betula platyphylla were investigated among the clones, among the stocks grafted with scion woods from same clone, and among the grafting ages of trees The pollen germination on medium was tested Compared with the pollen germination in vitro, the fluorochromatic method is more convenient and exact for measurement of pollen viability in actual work
