摘  要:RBI是以详细风险分析为基础的设备检验技术,应用RBI技术可以科学合理地制定并实施设备检验、检修计划,对保证天然气净化装置安全长周期运行具有重要意义。为此,对RBI技术在天然气净化装置上的应用做了深入研究,并介绍了我国天然气净化工业对RBI的技术需求以及近期开展RBI评估工作的进展情况,RBI技术基本原理和工作流程,风险量化的两个方面,目前国际通行的API规范体系和我国拟推出的国家标准。从检验计划制订方式、检验有效性等4个方面分析了RBI技术对天然气净化企业大修工作的指导性,提出了RBI评估过程中应特别注意的技术关键,指出了天然气净化工业在应用RBI技术中遇到的问题及解决办法。Risk-Based Inspection (RBI) is a method of using risk as a basis for prioritizing and managing the efforts of an inspection program. RBI methodology could generate the inspection plan, implementation plan and maintenance plan reasonably and scientifically. It is more meaningful to safeguard the safety for long turn operation on natural gas refinery. The deep Research on RBI is been developed through natural gas refinery with the technical requirement and the assessment progress on RBI in natural gas industry all over China. This paper gives the brief introduction on the principal of RBI approach, its work flow, two aspects of quantitative risk analysis, API criterion prevalent in the world presently and the draft standard in China. It also gives the guidance to the maintenance of refinery by analysis on the RBI methodology from four aspects like the approach of inspection plan, inspection efficiency, etc. The key technology point has also been specially mentioned during RBI assessment progress with the main issues and the solution within RBI implementation.
