摘　　要：就旋涡风机采用不同风叶下的部分主要性能进行测试,根据风叶的形状特征,分别采用接触式和非接触式两种测量方法进行数据采集,从风叶形状以及几何尺寸对其进行定性分析,利用采集的数据通过软件Pro/E实现风叶的三维建模,分析其总体结构差异。In this paper, some key performances of vortex fan with different blades are tested. According to the shapes and characteristics of blades, two different measuring methods of touch and non-touch measuring methods are introduced to collect data. Through analyzing the blades in the field of shapes and physical dimensions and using the collected data, the 3-D modeling for blade is implemented based on Pro/E software and the overall structure differences are analyzed.
