摘  要:机械结构的静、动刚度与布局有关,通过改变拓扑结构,可同时改善结构的静、动态性能。文章根据单自由度系统动、静刚度的关系,使用有限元分析(FEA)方法对模具加工中心床身部件进行结构静态和模态分析,提出了各种优化方案。经过优选,得到最佳布局,该结构已被生产厂家采用,投入制造,不仅使床身的静、动态性能大幅度提高,节省了材料,而且为加工中心床身结构设计提供了参考。Static and dynamic stiffness of mechanical structure relates to its topological structure, static and dynamic performance can be improved simultaneously by changing topological structure. According to the relationship between dynamic and static stiffness of a simple degree of freedom system, static stiffness and modal vibrating behaviors of MC bed are analyzed by finite element analysis (FEA) in this paper, various optimized schemes are proposed. Optimum structure is obtained after optimization, which has been adopted and put into use by manufacturing plant. Not only the static and dynamic performance of the bed structure is enhanced remarkably, and material is saved, but also this provides reference for structural design of MC bed.
