摘 要:为了使企业更准确、快速的响应客户需求,缩短产品设计制造周期,文章提出在网络环境下开发基于产品个性化定制的三维参数化设计系统,并就其中涉及的系统关键技术进行了研究,最后以某大型压缩机为应用对象开发了系统原型。结果表明,该系统原型能够很好的将客户需求与产品设计过程进行关联,并通过采用知识库、二次开发等技术实现产品的自动三维实体参数化设计、自动装配等,从而大大降低了产品设计人员工作量提高了工作效率,为企业实现快速协同设计开辟了一条新的途径。For enduing the business enterprise capacity to respond to customer's need more accurately and quickly, so that the enterprise can further shorten the period of designing and manufacturing course, this text puts forward a technique route that would develop a three-dimensional parametric design system which is based on individual product customization under the network environment, meanwhile it makes a research on the key techniques. In the end, this text takes some type compressor as the applied object to establish the system prototype. As a result indicates that the system prototype can connect customer's need and product design processes very well, at the same time through introducing repository and software second-times exploiture into the design course, the system can realize automatic three-dimensional parametric design and assemblage, so it can reduce designer' s workload consumedly and raise the efficiency, we can say it develops a new path for the business enterprise realizing quickly cooperating design.
