摘　　要：介绍了北方地区锅炉供暖热水采暖系统,耗费大量钢材、煤炭、水等普遍存在着资源浪费、环境污染、供暖费难收缴等问题,针对以上问题,提出采用新的供暖方式,电热膜采暖技术,具有经济、节能、运行管理的可推广性。This paper introduce water heating boiler heating system, and waste a lot of steel, coal, water and so on in the northern. And how to solution widespread waste of resources, environmental pollution, heating costs and other difficult questions to collect the light of these questions for us. The introduction of a new heating method, electric film heating technology, with the economy, running replicability.
