美能联合冰石愈伤治疗带状疱疹的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:评价美能联合冰石愈伤治疗带状疱疹的疗效。方法:将156例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组,每组78例。治疗组美能50mg口服,3次/d,冰石愈伤外敷,3次/d,连用10d;对照组用氧化锌油外涂,2次/d;其它基础治疗两组相同。结果:治疗组症状、体征消退时间明显短于对照组(P<0.05),后遗神经痛发病率治疗组明显低于对照组。结论:美能联合冰石愈伤治疗带状疱疹的疗效优于对照组。Objective： To evaluate the curative effect of stronger Neo-Minophagan C combined with Bing Shi Yu Shang ointment for treating herpes zoster. Methods： 156 adult patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups-treating group and con- trol group. The treating group （78 patients） were treated with stronger Neo-Minophagan C 50mg per os thrice daily and Bing Shi Yu Shang ointment ad hibeo twice daily, while the control group （the other78 patients） were treated with Zinc Oxid oil ad hibeo twice daily. The rest treatment of the treating group was the same as the control group. The total procedure was 10 days. Results： The symptoms and signs disappearance of treating group were shorter than that of control group, and the incidence of neuralgia was lower than that of control group. Conclusion： The curative effect of stranger Neo-Minophagan C combined with Bing Shi Yu Shang ointment was better than that of control group in treatment on herpes zoster.
