补贴延长期西南少数民族退耕户的受偿意愿分析

摘　　要：我国西南少数民族聚居地区也是退耕还林工程重点实施区,由于少数民族具有特殊的人文地理背景和家计特征,要在后续阶段进一步完善退耕政策,巩固退耕成效,就必须重视少数民族退耕户的意愿,提高少数民族退耕户的积极性和主动性。文章运用参与性农户评估方法和条件价值评估法,对该地区进行实地调查,分析少数民族退耕户对退耕还林工程的认知度和受偿意愿,并根据其意愿,提出了补贴延长期巩固退耕还林工程的政策建议。Southwest China＇s ethnic minority areas are also the area of Conversion Cropland to Forest. Ethnic minority has a special Geography background and family characteristics. We must attach importance to the wishes of the minority farming households and improve their enthusiasm and initiative to improve the policy. In this paper, we use methods of PRA and CVM to survey the region, Analyze the awareness and the wishes of ethnic minority households, and proposed extension of the subsidy policy.
