摘　　要：在分析学员科研实践能力培养现状的基础上,提出了培养学员科研实践精神和实践能力的内容与方法。在分析问题方面,教员应鼓励学员大胆地提出自己的见解,并及时地给予点评。在接受知识方面,应要求学员批判地接受前人知识,敢于向权威的理论和观点提出挑战。最后,提出了培养学员科研实践能力应注意的几个问题。Based on the analysis of the cadets＇ abilities in scientific research and in practice, this paper puts forward the content and the methods for developing the cadets＇ practical spirit and ability in their scientific research and in practice. To help them master how to analyze and solve problems, the teacher should encourage the cadets to propose their own opinions boldly and give their comments promptly. To help them acquire more knowledge, the teacher should ask the cadets to critically accept the predecessors＇ knowledge and to have the courage to challenge the authoritative theories and viewpoints. The paper also points out several aspects that we should pay attention to in developing the cadets＇ abilities in scientific research and in practice.
