摘　　要：探讨了新形势下如何着眼岗位任职教育的特点,把握学员队管理教育的新规律,探究并采取与之相适应的军队院校管理教育新方法新途径,以使学员队紧紧围绕中心工作,提高教育管理质量,形成合力促进学员队的整体建设,提高基层的管理教育水平。This paper discusses how to grasp the characteristics of the post oriented education and the new principle of group management in the new situation. New corresponding ways of management in military colleges are investigated to improve the management of groups at grass level.
