摘 要:针对松花江硝基苯水污染开发了流域水污染应急决策支持系统的模型系统,为水污染应急决策提供坚实的定量化支持.对特征污染物进入水体后的行为及影响进行一系列针对决策支持的模拟,实时可视化地展现突发性污染的污染物行为和影响.研究大型关系数据库上的数据挖掘、耦合GIS的二维污染物迁移模拟、基于四级预警标准的预警技术.在模型管理系统中实现模型重用性和与GIS类组件的结合性能.该模型系统和决策支持管理系统,采用模型库管理系统作为模型库的组织方式和管理方式,为松花江突发性环境污染应急管理提供信息管理和决策支持平台.Aimed at the nitrobenzene pollution in Songhua River, a model system has been developed as a part of emergency decision support system for basin water pollution, which supports emergency decision with reliable and quantitative analysis. The decision -support -oriented simulation was carried out to study the behav- iors of characteristic contaminations after they spilled into the river, and timely visualization of the contaminations' behaviors and impacts was studied as well. Techniques, such as data mining based on large RDBMS, 2D modeling of contaminant migration combined of GIS and alarming based on four alarming criteria, were implemented. A model base management System (MBMS) was developed for organizing and managing the model base in environment decision support system (EDSS). Model representation based on COM technique strengthens the reusable capability of model and combination capability with GIS, and can be integrated into MBMS. This model system and the EDSS provide an information management and decision support platform for Songhua River water pollution emergency management.
