摘 要:为了更好地设计和匹配高温热泵系统中的换热器,提出了一种基于整机性能的设计方法.该方法是将所设计的换热器置于高温热泵系统中,通过对系统的模拟,分析换热器结构、面积对系统性能的影响,从而选择较优的设计方案.通过模拟分析发现,对于已确定的冷凝器和蒸发器的换热管形式,两者的面积比有一最佳的取值范围.结果表明:基于整机性能的换热器设计方法可避免孤立设计各换热器的盲目性.In order to better design and match the heat exchangers in a high-temperature heat pump system, a design method based on the system performance is presented. Firstly, the dimensions of heat exchangers were designed with given design conditions; secondly, the designed heat exchangers were combined with the other components in the system to establish a simulation model of the system; finally, the effects of configuration parameters and area of designed heat exchangers on the system performance were analyzed, thereby a better design scheme was selected. Results of simulation and analysis indicate that the area ratio of the condenser to the evaporator has an optimal range when the configurations of their respective heat exchange tubes have been specified. The so-called system performance-based design method for heat exchangers may avoid the blindness in isolated design of heat exchangers owning to the consideration from a systematic angle.
