摘 要:针对房屋震损状态这一定性指标的评价问题,提出了国家标准GB 18208.2-2001《地震现场工作第二部分:建筑物安全鉴定》定量化方法,并引入了震损指数对房屋整体震损进行评价.通过大量房屋震损实例分析及经验总结,建立了房屋震损鉴定的数学评价模型.具体分析流程包括:确定地震现场安全性鉴定层次关系;确定底层震损评价系数;确定震损房屋各部位的权重值;划分震损等级;进行计算分析.通过对以往多次地震中大量房屋结构实例计算分析,并与其真实震损状态相对比,验证了本文的数学模型和计算方法的可靠性.Aimed at the assessment of a qualitative index : earthquake damage condition of buildings, a titative method is proposed, and the earthquake damage exponential is introduced, which assesses the earthquake damage of building based on National Standard GB18208.2 - 2001: Post - earthquake quanwhole Field Works, Part 2: Safety Assessment of Buildings. A mathematical assessment model for earthquake damage identification of buildings is developed through instance analysis and summarized experience of earthquake damage of buildings. In the analysis process, the hierarchy relationship of post -earthquake safety assessment was determined firstly, then the evaluation coefficient of bottom earthquake damage and weight values of different sites of earthquake damage of buildings were confirmed, and finally a calculation analysis was conducted after dividing the grades of earthquake damage. Through instance calculation analysis of many building structures in the past earthquake, the reliability of proposed mathematical model and calculation method was validated.
