摘 要:为了降低家庭热水能耗,提高设备利用率,减少初投资,设计了一种兼有空调与热水供给功能的多功能热泵空调热水器.对压缩机额定功率1.3 kW、热水容量60 L的样机进行了热泵制热水模式的性能模拟与实验研究.实验结果显示,在8℃的环境温度下将水加热到50℃,系统能效比为2.2.通过模拟进行系统优化,提出了进一步提高系统整体性能的措施;循环水流量由0.06 L/s增加到0.24 L/s,能效比提高16.8%;冷凝器面积增大一倍,能效比提高16%.A multi-function heat pump device, used for both air conditioning and water heating was developed to decrease the energy consumption of water heating, improve the utilization ratio of equipments and decrease the first cost. A prototype which has a compressor with the rated capacity of 1.3 kW and the water volume of 60 L was designed. Simulation and experiments were carried out in the working mode of heat pump water heating. Results show that the energy efficiency rate ( EERw) of the proto-type is 2. 2 for heating water up to 50℃ in winter when at ambient temperature of 8℃. Measures of further performance improvement are proposed. Optimization results show that, the change of water flow rate from 0. 06 l/s to 0. 24 l/s can increase EERw by 16. 8% ; doubling the heat-transfer area of condenser can increase EERw by 16%.
