摘　　要：借鉴文献计量学"半衰期"的概念,提出测度网络信息效用衰减的两个指标HLout和HLin,并以中国和OECD确定的24个发达国家的网络信息为样本进行实证研究。研究数据表明,HLout的测定方法和结果更理想,该指标对网络信息的质量和效用评价具有一定的参考价值。图1。表2。参考文献6。First, the author puts forward HLout and HLin to measure the decay of information utility by using the concept of ＂half-life＂ in hibliometrics. Then, an empirical study is made. Sampling the network information from websites of 24 developed countries and China, the data show that the result and the method of HLout are more ideal, and they have reference values for evaluating the quality and utility of network information.
