摘  要:目的:采用反相高效液相色谱法对附子理中丸融合指纹图谱进行研究。方法:采用CenturySILC18BDS色谱柱(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);以水(A)-乙腈(B)为流动相梯度洗脱(0~10min,3%→7%B;10~20min,7%→15%B;20~60min,15%→70%B并保持10min);流速1.0mL·min-1;柱温(30.0±0.2)℃;检测波长为265,280,254,230nm。结果:运用多波长融合指纹图谱技术对色谱图进行处理,确立31个共有峰,同时建立了附子理中丸的统一化色谱指纹图谱,并用"中药色谱指纹图谱超信息特征数字化评价系统3.0"软件对四波长融合后的指纹图谱进行数字化评价,结果表明融合后的指纹图谱信息更加丰富。结论:所建立的多波长融合指纹图谱可用于附子理中丸的质量控制。Objective:To study and establish the multi-wavelength fusion HPLC fingerprint for Fuzilizhong pills.Methods:The chromatographic fingerprints were built by using Century SIL C18 BDS as stationary phase and water(A)-acetonitrile(B)as mobile phase with gradient elution(0-10 min,3%→7% B;10-20 min,7%→15% B;20-60 min,15%→70%B,then maintained 10 min)at the flow rate of 1.0 mL·min-1.The column temperature was maintained at(30±0.2)℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 265,280,254 and 230 nm.Results:The technique of mult-wavelengh fusion fingerprint was applied during processing the fingerprints.There were 31 common peaks in the fingerprint.Meanwhile,the unified chromatographic fingerprint of Fuzilizhong pills was established.The software of "Digitized Evaluation System for Super-Information Characteristics of the Traditional Chinese Medicine Fingerprints 3.0" was employed to estimate the fusion fingerprints.The results show that the information of fusion fingerprint was more abundant.Conclusions:The multi-wavelength fusion fingerprints analysis is specific and may serve for quality identification and comprehensive evaluation of Fuzilizhong pills.
