摘  要:目的:建立脉络通颗粒中大孔吸附树脂有机残留物正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙基苯的测定法。方法:采用顶空气相色谱法测定大孔吸附树脂残留量,使用HP-INNOWax固定相的弹性石英毛细管柱;以高纯氮气为载气;以FID为检测器。结果:该法有良好的线性,r在0.9928~0.9993之间;精密度、重现性RSD均小于5%,平均回收率在74.2%~114.0%之间。结论:本法简便,快速,准确,可用于本品中正己烷、苯、甲苯、二甲苯、苯乙烯、二乙基苯残留量的测定。Objective:To establish a method for analysis of macroporous resin residual organic substances(n-hexane,benzene,toluene,xylene,styrene,diethylbenzene)in Mailuotong granules by headspace GC.Methods:The contents of macroporous resin residual organic substances were determined by headspace GC on HP-INNOWax column,with FID detector,high purity nitrogen as the carry gases.Results:There was a good linearity(r:0.9928-0.9993).The RSD of precision and accuracy was less than 5%,the average recovery rate was in the range of 74.2%-114.0%.Conclusion:The method is simple,quick and accurate and can be used for quality control of Mailuotong granules
