摘　　要：方矩形焊管成型可分为直接成方和圆变方两大类,简单介绍了这两种成型方法及其特点。通过对直接成方成型和圆变方成型的质量分析,得出在方矩形管成型时,圆变方要优于直接成方,而在圆变方成型方法中,四辊成型又优于箱式成型。Directly form into rectangular shape and form shape from round to rectangular are two type of forming rectangular welded pipe. This article briefly introduced these two methods and its characteristics. Through quality analysis on forming into rectangular directly and forming shape from round to rectangular, it showed that the method form shape from round to rectangular is better than that of forming into rectangular directly during forming rectangular wel- ded pipe, while in the method of forming shape from round to rectangular, four-roll forming method is better than that of carriage forming.
