摘　　要：基于功能观视角建立了金融发展促进二元经济结构转换的内在机理的分析框架。其内在逻辑是,金融发展通过各项金融功能的发挥影响资本积累、技术进步与金融资源在两部门之间的配置,从而作用于二元经济结构转换的过程。On the basis of the function view this paper sets up an analysis framework about the inward mechanism of financial development promoting dual economic structure transformation. The in- ner logic is that financial development promotes the dual economic structure transformation by its influences on capital accumulation, technological progress and the allocation of financial resources between the two sectors by financial development.
