摘　　要：介绍了某矿浆管道工程所用φ356 mm×14 mm、X65级ERW焊管的生产、检验情况,分析对比了该规格ERW焊管在化学成分、拉伸性能、冲击韧性、硬度等方面与API SPEC 5L(43版)标准要求的差异。检测结果表明:国产φ356 mm×14 mm、X65级ERW焊管的理化性能均能满足矿浆输送管道的设计和使用要求。This paper introduced production and inspection of the domestic φ356mm × 14 mm,X65 grade ERW pipe used in a mine slurry pipeline project. It contrastively analyzed the difference between this specification ERW pipe＇s manufacturing standards and API SPEC 5L（43th edition） from chemical composition,tensile property,sharpy impact toughness,hardness and other aspects. The inspection results showed that the physical and chemical properties of the domestic φ356 mm × 14 mm,X65 grade ERW pipe could meet the requirements of the design and usage for mine slurry transmitting pipeline.
