摘 要:利用BOLD-fMRI技术观察22例单侧中重度感音神经性耳聋患者纯音刺激时,感音神经性耳聋患者大脑两半球听觉皮层激活情况,对激活体积和信号强度进行定量分析,并探讨BOLD-fMRI定量分析对揭示感音神经性耳聋患者听觉皮层特点的应用价值。实验发现感音神经性聋患者纯音刺激健耳时,对侧听觉半球优势消失,其听觉皮层可能发生了结构重塑。BOLD-fMRI was used to observe the volume and intensity of the activated auditory cortex evoked by pure tone stimuli in sensorineural hearing loss patients, to analyze the volume and intensity of two hemispheres of activated auditory cortex quantitatively, and to compare the difference of auditory cortex between left and tight hemispheres. Finally, the characteristic of the auditory cortex of sensorineural hearing loss patients was discussed. When normal ears of sensorneural hearing loss patients were stimulated by pure tone, the eontralateral hemisphere predominance disappeared. These results seemed to show a plasticity of auditory cortex of monaural deaf patient.
