摘　　要：对遵从DICOM3.0标准的医学图像应用系统进行分布存储并行处理时,涉及到在多个进程之间正确快速地传送多个图像实例。MEDIWSPACS系统采用进程之间共享内存方法,实现进程之间的DICOM信息交换,同时通过套接字之间的通信通道,实现同步进程之间的处理,保证了系统并行处理的实时实现。本文对MEDIWSPACS系统中多进程之间信息交换的实现原理作了深入讨论。While implementing distributed storage and parallel precessing with medicine image communication application system following DICOM3.0 standard, it referred to transfer images correctly and quickly between many processes. We used shared memory methods between processes to implement information exchange in MEDIWSPACS system, and made their synchronous processing by using communication channel between sockets, therefore enabled the system implementing parallel process in real time. The article thoreughly discussed the methods for implementing information exchange between processes in MEDIWSPACS system.
