放疗设备精度受地震影响的分析与检测

摘　　要：针对地震可能影响放疗设备精度的情况进行了分析,并及时对我院医用直线加速器、伽玛刀等设备精度作了检测,发现部分设备参量出现超差,经校准恢复了放射治疗设备的要求精度。提出在地震后应立即开展放疗设备QA-QC工作的建议,特别指出距震中较近的医疗机构,更应高度重视地震后放疗设备精度检测与校准工作。This article analyzes the possibilities that the precision of the radiotherapy facilities were affected by the earthquake. We measured our radiotherapy facilities after earthquake in time, such as the accelerators and gamma- knives, and calibrated the precision that several parameters present the over-error in order to insure that parameter precision of clinical requirement. To suggest that clinical engineers should immediately put in practice for QA-QC procedure after earthquake. The medical units of shorter distance of epicenter especially should pay much attention to measure and calibrate the precision of the radiotherapy facilities after earthquake.
