摘　　要：目的探讨用铅垂仪检测直线加速器的机架角。方法转动机架使射野中心轴与铅垂线平行,从而确定直线加速器0°和180°机架角。结果用铅垂仪校正机架角,最大误差0.2°。结论用铅垂仪检测机架角,取材容易,简单方便、准确实用。Objective To study how to correct the gantry angle of linear accelerator with plumb instrument. Methods To determine the gantry angle of linear accelerator by moving the gantry to make field central axis parallel with plumb. Results Maximum error of gantry angle was 0.2 degree when the gantry was corrected with plumb instrument. Corlciusion It is convenient and accurate to determine the gantry angle of linear accelerator with plumb instrument.
