摘　　要：目的对Clauss法和PT-Der法测定纤维蛋白原的结果进行评价并探讨其影响因素。方法Clauss法做纤维蛋白原的线性实验,在线性范围内以克劳斯法为标准,对PT-Der法作评价。两种方法分别测定我院40例纤维蛋白原正常患者(2g/L<Fib<4g/L);20例心脑血管病纤维蛋白原高值患者(Fib>4g/L);20例纤维蛋白原含量减少患者(0g/L<Fib<2g/L),测定结果用Excel软件进行统计学处理。结果2<Fib<4g/L和4<Fib<7.75g/L时,两种方法差异无统计学意义;Fib>7.75g/L和0g/L<Fib<2g/L时,两种方法差异有统计学意义。结论PT-Der法的结果具有可信性,可以在临床上取代Clauss法。Objective To estimate the result of mensurating fibrinogen by Clanss law and PT-Der law and discuss its influencing factors.Methods Within the linearity experiment to evaluate the PT-Der law.The two methods separately mensurated 40 examples of nomal fibrinogen patients,20 examples of high value fibrinogen patients and 20 examples of decreasing fibrinogen patients,the result was disposed with statistics by Excel software.Result 2〈Fib〈4g/L and 4〈 Fib〈7.75g/L, Two method divergence non-statistics significance; Fib〉 7.75g/L and O〈Fib〈2, Two method divergences have statistics significance.Conclusion The result of PT-Der law is authentic,and may substitute for the Clanss law clinically.
