摘　　要：我们认为医学工程只有与时俱进才能有出路,提出了临床医学工程体系新理念,由于它涉及到政府行政管理、医学院校教育、医院科室人员配置以及传统观念等,会有许多问题,仅供各界人士共同去探讨。We deem the only solution to the issue of the clinical medical engineering＇ s development is advancing with the times. Meanwhile, we have also advanced a completely new theory in founding a clinical medical engineering system, which involves government administration, medical colleges＇ education, the arrangement in administrative offices, and the traditional conception in management model, etc. Widespread discussions are expected to arise.
