摘  要:由于等离子点火装置在褐煤锅炉上推广的效果并不理想,主要问题在于褐煤水分大、发热量低,等离子装置点火初期燃尽率低,造成锅炉尾部积存大量未燃尽煤粉,影响锅炉设备的运行安全;而燃尽率偏低主要原因在于配合参数调整缺乏经验。主要对现场试验部分进行阐述,分析煤粉浓度、一次风速、载体风压和煤粉细度等因素对其点火性能的影响,并对试验结果进行总结。The plasma ignition technology has rapidly developed in recent years, but the usage of plasma ignition device in brown coal boiler is not satisfactory. Main problems concentrate on high moisture content in brown coal, lower calorific value, lower burn-up ratio in early time, which lead to piling up of unburned pulrerized coal fineness mass and instability of boiler operation. The above problems are analyzed. It is found that the key problem of lower burn-up ratio is short of experience in parameter adjustment. The impacts of concentration of pulrerized coal fineness, primary air velocity, carrier wind pressure and fineness of pulrerized coal on ignition performance are analyzed and summarized according to on-site test.
