基于档案管理的企业知识源梳理模式

摘　　要：在分析企业知识资源分类的基础上,充分阐述了文件档案在企业知识管理体系中的重要地位,指出应将文件、档案等内源显性知识作为企业的核心资源。提出可以考虑通过建立以知识管理为导向的档案管理,来构建"以文件档案管理为基础的、可以简单实现的企业知识源梳理模式"的思路,并设计将传统档案的收集、整理、鉴定、服务等环节转变为企业知识的积累、组织、评价、应用等活动的实现方式。On the basis of analyzing to the classification of enterprises＇ knowledge resource, it＇s fully elaborated the important status of documental archives in enterprises＇ knowledge management system, and pointed out that it should be regarded the documents, archives etc. endogenous explicit knowledge as the core resource of enterprises. And can be put forward to consider through the establishment of archives management oriented with knowledge management, to set up the ideas of ＂ on the basis of documental archives management, and can be realized simply on the mode of merging sort for enterprises＇ knowledge source＂, and design from the aspects of collections, collations, identifications and services etc.of traditional archives to be changed in the realized way of activities for the accumulations, organizations, evaluations, and applications etc.of enterprises＇ knowledge.
