摘  要:目的观察伤寒Vi多糖结合疫苗生产用菌株伤寒沙门菌CMCC50098株和副伤寒甲沙门菌CMCC50073株毒性和抗原性的稳定性。方法将CMCC50098和CMCC50073菌株分别连续传代至30代,取3、5、10、15、20、25、30代次菌,进行小鼠毒性试验,免疫家兔制备血清,进行抗原性试验。结果CMCC50098和CMCC50073菌株连续传30代,毒性均未改变,抗原性均未下降,血清凝集效价均达到1∶12800。结论CMCC50098和CMCC50073菌株连续传代至30代,毒性及抗原性均稳定。Objective To observe the stability of toxicity and antigenicity of Salmonella typhoid strain CMCC50098 and Salmonella paratyphoid strain CMCC50073 for production of typhoid Vi polysaccharide conjugate vaccine. Methods Strains CMCC50098 and CMCC50073 were subcuhured for 30 passages separately, and the passages 3, 5, 10, 15, 20, 25 and 30 were tested for toxicity in mice and for antigenicity in rabbits. Results After subculture for 30 passages, neither strain CMCC50098 nor CMCC50073 showed any change of toxicity or decrease of antigenicity, and both the titers in tube agglutination test reached 1 : 12 800. Conclusion The toxicity and antigenicity of strains CMCC50098 and CMCC50073 were stable after subculture for 30 passages.
