紫黑色糯玉米“沪紫黑糯1号”选育及其转色特性研究

摘　　要："沪紫黑糯1号"是优质、高配合力自交系申W74和申W71杂交选育而成的紫黑色鲜食糯玉米单交种,该品种成熟期比对照"苏玉糯1号"平均短2 d,产量增加26.8%以上,糯性品质优良,抗逆性好,适应性广;转色试验表明,该品种上色快,采收期长,鲜食籽粒完全上色为紫黑色时,糯性仍然较好,品质优良,口感香甜糯,商品外观性优良。The purplish black waxy corn variety ＂Huziheinuo 1＂ was bred by crossing between ＂SW74＂ and ＂SW71＂, both inbred lines of good quality and high combining ability. The regional tests showed that the variety matured 2 days earlier than ＂Suyunuo 1＂, increased by 26.8% in yield and had advantages of good glutinousness, strong adverse resistance and a wide adaptability. The study on its color-changing characteristic showed that the variety changed quickly in kernel color and had a long picking period. When all the kernels were purplish black, the ear was still very good in such table quality as glutinousness, sapor and appearance.
