摘 要:以西瓜杂交种"东方红1号"和"8424"及其各自亲本为材料,分别利用RAPD、ISSR和SSR3种分子标记技术对西瓜杂交种的多态性进行了分析。结果表明:在供试的200条RAPD引物和30条ISSR引物中,均未筛选到能区分杂交种和其亲本的特异引物;从供试的73对SSR引物中,杂交种"东方红1号"和"8424"各筛选到3对特异引物,均可有效地区别杂交种中混杂的母本自交系种子。利用特异SSR引物WS47和WS27分别对杂交种"东方红1号"和"8424"的纯度进行了快速鉴定,结果与田间鉴定结果一致。The polymorphism of 2 watermelon hybrids ("Dongfanghong 1" and "8424")and their parental lines was analyzed by RAPD,ISSR and SSR markers. Results showed that no specific primer by which the hybrids could be differentiated from their parents was selected from 200 RAPD primers and 30 ISSR primers. But 3 out of 73 pairs of SSR primers were selected respectively for "Dongfanghong 1" and "8424", and with them the inbred line seeds of mixed female parents could be effectively distinguished from the Fi seeds. The purities of the hybrids "Dongfanghong 1" and "8424" were tested respectively with the specific SSR primers WS47 and WS27, and their results were coincident with their field tests.
