摘  要:通过筛选激素种类和浓度的配比,以及调整基本培养基中铁和钾的含量,成功建立了新西兰麻的初代培养。经过多个组合、不同批次的单因子对比试验研究,结果表明:改良MS+6-BA 0.5 mg/L+KT 2 mg/L+NAA 0.2 mg/L配方为新西兰麻最佳增殖培养基;改良1/2 MS+NAA 0.2 mg/L为最适长根培养基;并在国内首次建立了新西兰麻快速繁殖体系。In order to extensively grow and use phormium, several varieties of phormium were introduced from South Africa and a primary culture of phormium was successfully established through selecting hormones and their concentrations and adjusting Fe and K contents of basal medium. The monofactorial check experiments of many combinations showed that the optimal multiplication medium was the improved MS + 6-BA 0.5 mg/L + KT 2 mg/L + NAA 0.2 mg/L,and the optimal rooting medium was 1/2 MS + NAA 0.2 mg/L. The rapid propagation system of phormium was established for the first time in our country.
