摘　　要：概括了国内外西瓜抗病育种研究的进展及近20年来从美国引进的抗病西瓜种质资源在我国西瓜抗病育种研究中的创新利用现状,并提出了我国西瓜抗病种质资源研所存在的问题和解决的途径。The paper gave a brief account of the advance in breeding disease-resistant watermelon at home and abroad and the last 20-year situation of applying disease-resistant watermelon germplasms from the USA to domestic watermelon breeding for disease resistance, and put forward the existing problems of studying domestic disease-resistant watermelon germplasms and their solutions.
