摘 要:目的比较两种内脏痛觉过敏大鼠模型的痛觉特点和有效性,为实验提供模型选择依据。方法SD大鼠分别给予单纯结肠直肠扩张和炎症刺激后结肠直肠扩张,通过腹部撤退反射和腹外斜肌放电监测大鼠痛觉敏化程度。结果两种大鼠模型都能复制出明确的行为学改变,脊髓相应节段Fos蛋白表达明显。炎症刺激后结肠直肠扩张大鼠痛行为出现明显且稳定,单纯结肠直肠扩张刺激痛行为时间一致性好。结肠直肠扩张压力为15~60mmHg时,腹外斜肌放电有明显改变,而腹壁撤退反射只在15~45mmHg压力范围内有改变。结论在探讨消化系统疾病、痛觉机制或药物效果评价时,应根据模型特点和实验需要进行选择。Objective To compare the efficacy and characteristic of visceral pain induced by two methods. Methods The visceral pain was established by CRD (eolorectal distensions) and inflammatory CRD respectively. Pain level was measured by AWR(abdominal withdrawal reflex) ,spike of EOMA (external oblique muscle of abdomen) and Fos expressed in referred spine. Result Both methods could induce visceral pain successfully. Obvious visceral pain changes in inflammatory CRD rats while constant and duplicated changes in CRD rats. The amplitudes of spike of EOMA showed significant difference at the CRD pressure of15 - 60 mmHg while the scores of AWR showed difference at pressure of 15 - 45 mmHg, but no change at 60 mmHg. Conclusion Suitable model should be chosen according to research pin,pose.
