脂质超声造影评价兔乳腺癌内部坏死的实验研究

摘　　要：目的用组织块悬液注射法建立乳腺癌模型、超声造影对肿瘤内部坏死情况进行评价.方法自行配制脂质超声造影剂,并对其理化性质进行检验备用.组织块悬液注射法建立乳腺癌模型,肉眼及普通超声观察肿瘤体积、生长率、生存时间,利用超声造影显示肿瘤内部坏死情况.结果组织块悬液注射法操作简单,成瘤率高,肿瘤增殖旺盛,生物学特征符合乳腺鳞状细胞癌.超声造影能够清晰显示肿瘤内部坏死情况.结论组织块悬液注射法成功建立了兔乳腺癌模型,超声造影能够评价肿瘤内部坏死情况.Objective To establish a stable model of VX2 breast carcinoma in rabbit, and observe the necrosis with ultrasound contrast agent. Methods Liposome microbubbles were prepared by ourselves. The microbubbles＇ properties （size, distribution, surface potential, pHvalue） were measured. We establishedof VX2 breast carcinoma in rabbit by injection of tissue mass suspension. Tumour-take rate, tumour growth rate, life span of tumour-bearing rabbit, the biological features of tumour were observed with common ultrasound. And the necrosis of turnout was showed with contrast angent. Results Model was established more conveniently and successfully by injecting tissue mass suspension. Tumour proliferated rapidly and conform to the biological feature of squamous cell carcinoma. The necrosis of tumour was evaluated by contrast angent. Conclusions VX2 breast carcinoma model could be established successfully by injecting tissue mass suspension. The necrosis of turnout can be evaluated by contrast angent.
