单边球柱式外固定器治疗胫腓骨骨折的应用研究

摘　　要：目的介绍新型单边球柱式外固定器的研制与应用.方法采用金属与尼龙制作单边球柱式外固定器,并进行力学测试和临床应用.结果根据力学测试达到临床使用要求,临床应用治疗胫腓骨骨折30例,全部愈合.结论设计的单边球柱式外固定器适合治疗胫腓骨骨折,能方便准确地对骨折端进行复位固定,操作简单、固定牢靠、便于应用.Objective To introduce the preparation and application of a new ball column unilateral external fixator. Methods We used nylon and metal to prepare ball column unilateral external fixator, and we conducted mechanical testing and clinical application. Result According to the clinical use of mechanical testing to meet requirements of the clinical treatment of 30 cases of fracture of tibia and fibula, all healed. Conclusions The ball column unilateral external fixator we designed is suitable for fractures of the tibia and fibula.It can easily and accurately fix the fracture side. It is a simple, reliable and convinient fixator.
