摘 要:目的:探讨64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对心肌桥-壁冠状动脉的诊断价值。方法:2006年8月-2008年7月我院行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像432例,将原始数据传至工作站,行多平面重建(MPR)、容积重建(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)和曲面重建(CPR)等后处理并进行分析。结果:432例行64层螺旋CT冠状动脉血管成像中发现心肌桥-壁冠状动脉72例,检出率为16.7%(72/432)。其中,63例发生于左冠状动脉前降支及其分支,10例发生在第一对角支,2例发生于第二对角支,8例发生在钝缘支,1例发生于回旋支,2例发生于右冠状动脉及其分支,另外,7例为多支病变。结论:64层螺旋CT冠状动脉成像对心肌桥-壁冠状动脉检出率高,是确诊心肌桥-壁冠状动脉并与冠心病相鉴别的有效方法。Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of myocardial bridge-mural coronary artery by 64-slice spiral CT coronary an- glography. Methods:Collecting imaging data of 432 patients in tile hospital from August 2006 to July 2008 by 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography, the raw data were transferred to the work station (I-IP Ultra ADW, Version 4.3), and then multi-planar reconstruction (MPR), volume rendering (VR), maximum intensity projection (MIP) and curved-planar reconstruction (CPR) were performed and analysed. Results:Myocardial bridge-mural coronary artery were found in 72 patients, the rate was 16.7%(72/432), among them, 63 cases were at the LAD, 10 cases were at the D1, 2 cases were at the IY2, 8 cases were at the LCM, 1 case was at the LCX, 2 cases were at the RCA and multi-vessel disease involved in 7 cases. Conclusion: 64-slice spiral CT coronary angiography is an effective method in diagnosis of myocardial bridge-mural coronary artery and identification with coronary heart disease.
