激光联合光敏剂治疗门静脉癌栓的实验研究

摘　　要：目的:介绍肝癌门静脉癌栓激光联合光敏剂治疗的方法,并探讨这一治疗方法的安全性和有效性。方法:20只新西兰大白兔门静脉癌栓模型,随机分成A、B两组各10只:A组经皮穿刺激光联合光敏剂治疗,B组经皮穿刺激光治疗。对比观察两组术后门静脉癌栓支彩色多普勒血流信号变化,以及术后肝功能、腹水等的改变情况。结果:术前癌栓门静脉内彩色多普勒均无血流信号;术后1天A、B两组分别有9只6、只出现血流信号;术后7天A、B两组所有动物均出现血流信号,但血流信号分级A组明显好于B组(P<0.05)。术后肝功能均得到不同程度改善。结论:肝癌门静脉癌栓的激光联合光敏剂治疗安全、有效,有望成为一种治疗门静脉癌栓的新方法。Objective：To introduce a new therapy combining percutaneous laser and photosemitizer in treatment of portal vein tumor tirrombus（PVTT）, and evaluate tile efficacy and validity of the method. Methods：20 models of implanted portal vein tumor thrombus of rabbit were divided into A group and B group randomly. A group rabbits received therapy of combining photosensitizer with percutaneous laser, and B group received therapy of percutaneous laser. The blood flow of PVqT embolized portal vein,live function and aseites was observed eontrastively. Results： There were no color signals of color Doppler ultrasonography in all portal veins of PVqT before treatment. After Id of treatment, there were color signals in 6 rabbits of B group and 9 rabbits of B group separately. After 7d of treatment, there were color signals in all rabbits of A and B group. But the grades of color signal of A group were better than that of B group （ P 〈 0.05）. After treatment, liver function had been improved to some degree. Concluslon：Therapy of combining photosensitizer with percuta- neous laser is safe and effective in treatment of PVTT.
