摘 要:目的:探讨低剂量辐射对外周血单个核细胞细胞因子表达的刺激效应。方法:人外周血单个核细胞采用1Gyγ射线照射,吸收剂量率为17Gy/min,并在培养过程中不同时间采用ELISA方法检测上清液中IL-2、TNFα及IFN-γ含量。结果:经γ射线照射24h后培养上清中IL-2、TNFα及IFN-γ含量明显升高,与对照组比较有明显差异(P<0.05),并随培养时间延长,各细胞因子含量会进一步升高。结论:低剂量辐射对外周血单个核细胞中IL-2、TNFα及IFN-γ表达具有刺激效应。Objective: To investigate the hormesis of low dose radiation on the expression of cytokines in peripheral blood mononuclear cells (PBMCs). Methods: Human PBMCs were irradiated by gamma ray at 1 gray. The absorption dose rate was 17 Gy/min. Contents of interleukin-2(IL-2),tumor necrosing factor-α(TNFα) and interferon-γ(IFN-γ) were detected by ELISA in culture supemates of PBMCs at different period. Results: Twenty-four hours after radition, the contents of IL-2,TNF α and IFN-γ in culture supemates were obviously increased and have obvious difference with that of control group (P〈0.05). Along with the extend of culture time, the contents of cytokines more increased. Conclusions: Low dose radiation with gamma rays can induce hormesis as to the expression of IL-2 、TNFα and IFN-γin PBMCs.
