摘　　要：本文提出用调制传递函数ＭＴＦ评价电荷耦合器件ＣＣＤ图象传感器成象质量的方法，给出计算ＣＣＤ图象传感器ＭＴＦ的公式，并着重分析讨论了ＣＣＤ图象传感器的离散性对成象质量的影响，为精确进行ＣＣＤ及其它离散器件的系统设计提供了理论依据。狝 method for judging the chargecoupled device(CCD) imaging sensor by modulation transfer function(MTF) is presented. The formulas for calculating the MTF of CCD imaging sensor are given. This paper centers on using MTF to analyze the spatial frequency response of ideal CCD systems. The fact is pointed out that CCD imaging sensor has three characteristic values, namely, maximum, minimum and mean value. That is to say, the MTF of CCD imaging sensor is changeable in a certain area for the same frequency. The resultant information will allow more accurate design of systems incorporating discrete devices such as CCDs.
