摘 要:对用单辊法制备的宽4.5 mm、厚25μm的Fe_(73.5) Cu_1 Nb_3 Si_(13.5) B_9非晶合金薄带进行了100℃保温2 h退火,用Q800动态热机械分析仪测试了不同温度下非晶薄带的弹性模量、变形量和线膨胀系数。结果表明:与淬火态非晶薄带相比,退火处理可以提高非晶薄带的弹性模量、变形量和线膨胀系数;随着测试温度的升高,退火态与淬火态非晶薄带的弹性模量、变形量和线膨胀系数的变化规律相同,即弹性模量减小,变形量增大,而线膨胀系数呈现先增大后减小的变化趋势。The Fe73.5 Cu1Nb3Si13.5B9 amorphous alloy ribbons with the thickness of 25 μm and width of 4. 5 mm were prepared by single-roller method, and then annealed at 100℃ for 2 h. The elastic modulus, deformation and line expansion coefficient were measured by means of Q800 DMA. The results show that the elastic modulus, deformation and line expansion coefficient of the amorphous alloy ribbon could be enhanced after annealing. With the increase of testing temperature, the annealed amorphous alloy ribbons and quenched amorphous alloy ribbons showed same trend in the changes of elastic modulus, deformation and line expansion coefficient, i.e. , elastic modulus decreased, deformation increased and line expansion coefficient increased first and then decreased.
