摘  要:目的探讨先天性椎动脉变异的多层螺旋CT解剖分型及其临床意义。方法本文回顾性分析MSCTA诊断的椎动脉变异80例。结果椎动脉行径变异(进入第5、4或第3横突孔)45例,椎动脉起源变异18例,单侧椎动脉先天性狭窄31例,单干椎动脉形成基底动脉8例,双椎动脉1例,椎动脉窗式变异2例。结论多层螺旋CT血管成像是诊断椎动脉变异的一种无创伤性影像学检查方法。Objective To study 16-slice spiral computed tomography angiography(MSCTA) anatomic type of anomalous vertebral artery and its significance. Methods MSCTA data in 80 patients with anomalous vertebral artery were retrospectively analyzed. Results 45 cases had vertebral artery course variation(bended into the C5, C4 or C3 foramen transversarium), 18 cases exited variation in the prevertebral segments of vertebral arteries, 31 patients had unilateral vertebral congenital stenosis, unilateral vertebral artery formed basilar artery in 8 cases , 1 case had double vertebral artery branch, 2 case had vertebral arterial fenestration. Conclusion MSCTA is a useful noninvasive imaging tool for the diagnosis of vertebral artery variation.
